Biography

Hi, I’m Alexander, a passionate sound designer with a lifelong love for games and music. Throughout my childhood, you’d often find me practicing the drums in the school’s music room after class and later going home to fantasize about developing my dream game.

My love for music quickly grew into a fascination with sound in general, leading me to begin live audio engineering and designing soundscapes for my school’s annual theater plays. These two paths eventually morphed into an interest in music production, where I collaborated with friends and even got some tunes on streaming platforms.

After my basic education, I took a leap and studied audio engineering at Den Rytmiske Højskole.  I then spent a year freelancing in the live sound industry, working at various events ranging from concerts to comedy shows.  Now I’m following my dream by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sound Design and Game Audio at Sonic College, blending my passion for sound with my love for game development.

When I’m not diving into Wwise or watching GDC talks, you can often find me in the Mount & Blade modding community, where I help manage the official Discord server, offer support for sound modding issues, and write documentation. Over the last ten years, I’ve been involved in numerous projects such as Perisno, Bear Force II, and Kingdoms of Arda, collectively amassing over 2 million downloads.

I’m always eager to take on new challenges and explore exciting opportunities within the realm of game audio. Don’t hesitate to reach out, and let’s embark on new adventures together!
